demonstrates how to customize Biped to create custom character rigs. Use Null
Helper objects with 3ds Max Animation Constraints to work with Biped bones
and use the Motion Mixer to work with animation tracks.

Pia brings you through how to properly plan your rig, good rigging
guidelines, creating leg rigs and IK chains in the foot. She continues by
creating a spine rig, the 6 arm approach, and finishes with demonstrating how
to work with proxy geometry.
